A read-only HTTP API over an indexed 0G Flow database.

DATABASE_URL=postgres://… npx @0gflow/explorer-api   # or: 0gflow-explorer-api

GET /api/runs, /api/runs/:runId, /api/agents, /api/agents/:agentId, /api/flows/:flowId, /api/health.

It serves the raw receipt fields rather than a verdict, so a client can recompute the chain root itself instead of taking this service's word for it.
