Responsibility

@0xsarwagya/ontoly-parser-openapi is the OpenAPI frontend. It turns OpenAPI documents into compiler facts and OpenAPI graph relationships. It does not own TypeScript parsing, graph persistence, query semantics, or rendered artifacts.
