4do-libretro

Port of 4DO/libfreedo to libretro.

Place "panafz10.bin" (required) in your RetroArch/libretro "System Directory" folder.

TODO: Rework sound, support .bin's (MODE1/2352), clean up warnings for 64-bit, try optimizations from https://code.google.com/p/3doh/source/list and possibly from https://code.google.com/p/3doplay/source/list
