MSbuild ConfigTransform management of config files. Utilizes .NET 4 TransformConfig to integrate merging of config settings into the normal build process in Visual Studio 2010. Useful when your configuration settings (.config) differes between environments. Cleaner and more extendable than VS's web deploy since it only involves config files and can target any .config file (including app.config). Not just web.config
