Next wrapper of dark/light theme mode manager for web

Usage

Generate /public/mode.js using @-ft/mode-codegen package.

Load /mode.js in src/app/layout.tsx, apply default cookie-stored theme mode to class name/ssrInitialMode and suppress hydration warning
